Jedyny pomysł na jaki ludzie wpadli to skasowanie modeli wojskowych w gamedata\meshes\actors\military. Będziesz miał wojsko z czystego LA ale problem powinien minąć, chyba, że jakieś modele z innych frakcji też coś takiego będą powodowały później. Spróbuj w skrócie pulpitowym do ścieżki uruchamiania dodać -noprefetch . No i na terenie baru nie rób schowków z dużą zawartością.
